If you’d like to switch things up with additional outfit changes, no problem! Each extra change is $50 to allow for the extra time it takes.

Your most important moments deserve to be remembered in every detail. This package begins with 6 hours of dedicated coverage, ensuring I’m there to capture the big highlights as well as the quiet, in-between moments that make your day unforgettable. You’ll receive a curated gallery of at least 150 beautifully edited images that tell the story of your celebration from start to finish. Need more time? Additional coverage can be added at $250 per hour, so nothing gets missed.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, I Travel!


I’d love to join you wherever your story takes place. Travel is available for sessions and events outside my local area, with additional charges to cover expenses. Costs vary depending on location, time of year, and travel needs—but we’ll chat through all the details together to make it seamless and stress-free.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely! I love helping couples create a session that truly reflects their personalities and relationship. To make it perfect, I’ll need your input on things like your preferred locations, outfits, style, and the overall vibe you’re going for—whether it’s romantic, fun, playful, or candid. Once I have your vision, I’ll provide guidance, tips, and suggestions to bring it all together seamlessly so your session feels relaxed, natural, and completely you.

3. What is your  rescheduling policy?

Portrait Sessions -- Life happens—I completely understand! If you need to reschedule your portrait session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new date that works for both of us. Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee to hold your new date.


Event Sessions -- Because events require reserving a large portion of my schedule, I kindly ask for at least 15 days notice if you need to reschedule. Event retainers are non-refundable, but with proper notice, they can be transferred to a new date (based on availability). Rescheduling within 15 days of your event may result in forfeiture of your retainer, as I am unable to rebook that time. If an unavoidable emergency arises, I’ll do my very best to work with you and explore options.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

You’ll receive every edited image from your session or event, along with full printing rights—so you can print, share, and enjoy them however you like. If you’d like professional-quality prints, canvases, albums, or other keepsakes, these are also available for order through my online shop.

5. What is your  Cancellation policy?

Retainers are non-refundable. Sessions canceled with at least 48 hours (portraits) or 15 days’ (events) notice may be rescheduled once (based on availability). Cancellations made within 48hours (portraits)/15 days (events) of your session are non-refundable. If I must cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes! I encourage you to share any poses, shot lists, or inspiration you have. While photos may not look exactly like the ones you find online, we’ll work together to create images with the same look, feel, and emotion—styled uniquely for you.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! I love connecting beforehand to talk about your vision, style, and location ideas. We can meet in person or chat by phone/video—whatever works best for you.

8. How long until I receive the final photos?

I provide sneak peeks within 7 business days of your session. Full gallery delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks for portrait sessions and 6-8 weeks for events. I’ll always keep you updated if editing requires extra time.
